  We sent our package back to EU first time and lady was super helpful. All instructions in English, clear and step by step through listing all the items. I'm glad this our first mailing experience here, hope she's there next time :) We used ESP and sent about 10 items in a box. They have paper boxes of different sizes ready for very good price too 😊

  Really kind. When I go to Oita once a year, they drop off my luggage, and they send my suitcase to this post office and pick it up. They are very kind. Also, last month I sent a large amount of luggage for the first time in a year. That's really kind. Also, the people who worked at the counter a year ago have not changed, which made me happy. For me, sending packages is no longer a pain at the post office.

  Open on Saturdays and Sundays, there are scenic seals to stamp, including cute ghosts and monkeys soaking in hot springs in front of Beppu Tower! It’s very convenient for sending travel postcards when you’re sightseeing on the weekend~

  A new post office opened in March 2021 on the 1st floor of Youme Town A great treasure seal for those who are saving up for travel. It has a picture of a monkey. There is an ATM next to the counter. It is located in an easy to find location if you are heading towards DAISO. The savings counter is only open on weekdays. The postal service is very convenient as the counter is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. ATMs are open until 9pm.
