It started operating from 6pm, but since it was open, I ended up flying around for a few minutes 😂 The shop owner was feeling unwell, so I'm relieved that he has recovered safely💡 For the menu, I ordered the stable meat spicy soba (large)! The abura soba here is definitely the most delicious✨ I was able to send my year-end greetings safely, so I can pass the new year with peace of mind lol I will go back next year to have the most delicious cup ✨ I'll be bringing my wife and daughter again! The char siu is grilled on a thick grill, so it's very fragrant and satisfying to eat.Although it's called abura soba, it's not overly rich, so if you change the flavor with various flavors such as garlic, fish powder, red ginger, and other table items, you'll be able to finish the whole meal deliciously. It is also good that alcohol is accepted in cash.

::October 13, 2022 First visit This is my first visit as I was invited by a colleague from work. Since this is a specialty shop for abura soba, the main dish is abura soba with soy sauce or salt sauce. This time I ordered meat with salt and green onions. After a while, the rice bowl arrives, and the visuals of four thick pieces of meat and gray green onions stimulate your appetite. It is rare that Nanko plum is included. The noodles are a chewy type. The meat was seasoned with a sweet soy sauce and was baked in the oven before being added to the bowl, so it was tender, but I think it would get a little boring if there were 4 pieces of the same flavor. It might be better if the two pieces of meat were different types of meat. Ume did a good job. Overall, I was satisfied with the drink, and thank you for the meal.

::At the recommendation of a senior at work, I visited Mr. Aburahama, a restaurant specializing in abura soba. There are two parking lots next to the store.On the day I visited, I drove there, but since the station is close, it seems like it would be easy to access on foot. There are only three items on the menu in a small and clean restaurant. We chose soy sauce and Kotesoba, and it was after 6pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The service takes about 10 minutes. The instructions on how to eat the soba were written in front of me, so I followed the instructions...The soy sauce has a light base, but by adding a little vinegar and chili oil, it becomes even milder! Feel free to use the garlic and mayonnaise on the counter. On the other hand, as the name suggests, Kotesoba has a thick base made of back oil. I wanted to eat something junk that day, so I added a lot of garlic. It had a great garlic punch and was very delicious.
