  When I called to see the doctor for the first time, an elderly-looking woman answered. They said they were fully booked, so when I asked if they would contact me if there was a cancellation, I was told angrily, ``We don't do that!'' ” and was immediately cut off. As someone who works there, don't you think it's strange that you can get fired just by asking? Please be careful as some people are rude.
