  It is a local bank and post office. It's a little crowded on pension day. The staff are kind and will teach you about finance.

  I often use it at work. There is a convenience store nearby where you can drop them off, but for some reason everyone uses them a lot! They are also cooperative with local affairs, and even have posters put up for them ^_^
