  The location is quite strategic, can walk from the station. In this place also GIII congregation worship, especially for Indonesian citizens who study and work in Japan. The place of worship is located in the basement of the building.

  Rooms were old and outdated, walls were stained and dirty, breakfast was terrible. It felt like we were stuck in a 1950's Russian Ski Lodge. Would not recommend even for the price. I have stayed in so many nicer hostels and business hotels in Tokyo for the price.
