I haven't been here for a few years due to some circumstances, but it's been a while since I last visited, and he was as polite as ever. Since I'm a repeat customer, it would be helpful if you could stay a little later after work.

  I would really like to see a doctor. Dental assistant? Hygienist? I don't feel like going to the office because her response is so high-pressure, whether it's over the phone or in person. But I want to see the doctor...I feel conflicted as a patient, but the truth is that I can't go because of one of the staff members.

  The dentist was really nice, but the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude and was the worst.
