::The psychologist (aunt) is unfriendly and intimidating. I feel like I'm working reluctantly. When I told the doctor (female) about the painful incident, she let out a sigh. He also gave me advice that was so common sense that I could understand it without being told (this opinion was shared not only by me but also by the family members who were present). They didn't even address the concerns I had written on the medical questionnaire beforehand, and the only thing left to do was decide whether to give me medicine or not. I can't imagine paying 1,000 to 2,000 yen for a consultation. *The other psychologist (welfare worker? She's young) and the nurse are so kind!

::Patients are mainly elderly people. The old woman at the reception desk's unkindness in answering the phone, her arrogant attitude, and her arrogance are by far the worst and need improvement. There is a question mark as to whether or not they are aware of themselves as a medical institution. Also, I can't even make an appointment to see a psychologist unless I see a psychologist. The unkindness and suspicion towards patients are noticeable. However, when I was an old man director, things were really good. The current female hospital director is very mno... it's a shame.
