  One person from the front was friendly and very helpful But, I got stolen in the onsen, the air conditioner didn’t work well, the bedroom was cold, and no hot water in the bathroom, it’s not the best scenario in the winter.

  We stayed for 6 nights in February 2024, service, room, onsen, restaurant, breakfast everything was perfect.

  Newly renovated room with onsen is good. Food quality need more improvement. Having same breakfast for 4 days super boring. Dinner not great. Over all Staff attitude good except one young "Male Staff with little chubby look" at the reception counter lacked of hotel hospitality training. Suggest management send him for more training before assigning him as front line staff. On contrary the skinny young male handling luggage + preparing food at restaurant + cleaning the rooms process extreme friendly positive attitude. Enormous compliment to the management for hiring such good attitude young male staff.

  The staffs are friendly and professional the housekeeping is beyond expectation. the whole hotel is very clean. the onsen is well kept. The food are delicious and they were able to accommodate us to different dinner set for the 3 nights we stayed there. They even let us to checkout keep our luggage there so we can come back to use the onsen and take a shower before leaving. highly recommended.

  Stayed here for 2 consecutive years during my ski trip and definitely will return again. It's reasonably priced. Rooms are old but still clean. Love the dinner! They often use fresh local ingredients, very simple yet very delicious! Onsen area is not very big and could get very crowded - full literally. Staff are really nice and helpful!
