  The stickers used to send it by regular mail were randomly pasted on it, and I was made to feel uncomfortable from start to finish.

  I went there for sightseeing during Owara Kaze no Obon. Since the post office's business hours had passed, I left the postcard there to have it stamped with a scenic stamp at a later date. The staff was kind and helpful!!
