I once had to cancel without notice due to an urgent matter (I just couldn't make the call), and the receptionist said to me with great reluctance, ``Please be careful next time because you canceled without prior notice!'' There is no explanation of what treatment will be performed and how much it will cost. They don't ask me how much to bring by the next time, they just give me an answer when I ask them.
