::The director's skills are excellent, so I have given him 5 stars until today, but when I made a reservation over the phone for R6 May 20th, I was surprised at how poor his response was. I think he is a new person, but I would like him to be properly educated.

::Treatment is not progressing at all. I felt that the treatment was the worst I've ever had, with some young doctors forcing the procedure even though the anesthesia wasn't working. Due to the large number of patients, we can only make reservations once every three weeks.

::The hospital's cleanliness, facilities, and treatment hours are all good. Director of the clinic? Professor Yamazaki is also a nice person. It's a large dental clinic with a lot of staff, so some people may feel uncomfortable. The response of some middle-aged women at the reception desk sometimes makes me angry... The young female receptionist in front of me was nice, though... I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the unpleasant staff, but some people have lowered their ratings, so I'm giving it 3.5 stars.

::I came to the hospital to have my teeth removed and have any cavities treated. Every time I go, I see a different teacher. After taking X-rays, the first doctor who looked at my tooth told me that I didn't have any cavities and that all I needed to do was remove tartar. On the last day, another doctor suddenly told me that I had a cavity in my front tooth and needed treatment. I was told that the cavity was small and I would just have to scrape it off a little, but they kept grinding it away. I was told that the cavity was wider than I expected. Can it be cured with UV light? I couldn't help but feel the pain when he attacked me, so I endured the pain as I was told that even when I told him I wanted to stay, he wouldn't hold back. Even after I got home, my front tooth was in constant pain, and cold things stained it to an unusual extent, so I went to have it re-treated. I was told that I would first harden it with ultraviolet light from above. I endured the pain again. And the dental hygienist, not the teacher, shaved it off. Is it okay for the hygienist to shave it off? I've heard that it's not good. Even when I finished scraping it, it was very loose and it hit my tongue and I told them that it hurt, but they just said it was okay and sent me home. I understand that you are busy, but don't you neglect your patients too much? I felt that. From your perspective, you're one of hundreds of patients. It might be one of the many times you do the same thing a day. From here, it's not like that. Even when I went to another clinic, I was told, ``If it gets like this, we can't treat it. The only thing we can do is wait and see.'' I trust him a lot because he's a doctor. I will never go there again.

::I've been going there for almost 30 years since I was a child. The number of patients has increased significantly compared to the past, and it has become difficult to make an appointment right away, but the staff who have been there for a long time are still here, so I'm looking forward to going there!
