  First visit during Obon holiday! (R6.8.15) Negi soba 1150! The set costs 1,650 yen (green onion soba, gomoku rice, wild vegetables, cold tofu, and pickles).Disposable chopsticks are also provided, but it is unusual to eat soba with green onions (the origin of many green onion soba in Ouchi-juku), and green onions are eaten... ‥hard! It's nice to be able to eat on the terrace with your pet, but it's expensive (as it's a tourist area, so it can't be helped), and I don't think the soba or soup stock is good. I think it's good to do it once in your life!

  It was open from the morning, so I was able to enjoy breakfast in a leisurely manner! While waiting for our meal, we were able to buy some souvenirs, and the breeze came in, making it a pleasant place to be in July. The inside of the store is a calming space, and the single green onion soba and mochi were very delicious.

  Visited on March 31, 2024. I arrived at around 13:30 on my second sightseeing trip. There are old houses with thatched roofs, and souvenir shops and restaurants are running in these old houses. Negi soba, which is eaten with a single green onion, is also famous, and I tried it again this time. When I ate soba, I bit into the green onion and used it as a condiment, and the combination of all the flavors was very delicious. I tried eating it hot and cold, and personally I found the cold one to be more delicious. Nowadays, it's rare to be able to eat soba slowly and deliciously in an old folk house, so it feels very luxurious. Other customers either left most of the green onions or only ate as much as they could, but as a green onion fan, I ate them all. By the way, eating with green onions is just to enjoy the atmosphere, and since you have chopsticks, you can eat normally.
