  To all hospital personnel I am truly grateful to you for diagnosing my metal allergy, which no one else had detected. Thanks to that, I am now in good health. However, there was an incident that caused me to start distrusting the hospital as a whole. The problem is that you ignored the matter that I had consulted with you before. This behavior was the worst for me as a person, and I was extremely disappointed as a patient. I understand that there are many people with great backgrounds, but that is no reason to ignore them. Under these circumstances, it was difficult for me to continue going to the hospital with confidence, and I lost the desire to continue paying. I have decided to seek care from another medical institution in the future. I am grateful for the treatment I have received so far, but I am very disappointed in the current response. I also experienced steroid rebound twice. Even though I've seen hell, I also regret that I recommended steroids. Chemical sensitivities cannot be cured using steroids. If you stay away from chemicals and use natural ingredients for skin care without using unnecessary ointments, It's a reversible disease. Even herbal medicine is a waste of medicine. I have learned not to trust Oriental medicine. There will definitely come a time in the future when we will have to deal with chemical substances. Please make improvements so that similar things do not happen to other patients in the future. I'm really thankful to you.

  I was starting a new job and I needed to have a health check to start. I was thoroughly shocked by my visit. The entire visit took a little under an 1hr and a half (quite long especially with not many patients there).This has probably been my 5th Heath check experience and this one was by far the worst. Here’s a few other reasons why: 1. Spilled my blood on a new blood taking set up and instead of throwing it away, simply wiped it off with an alcohol pad. She also reused my tray without disinfecting or cleaning for the next patient. 2. Nurse had issues with not knowing how to use the equipment. One had sensors placed on the body the other was one where I had to stand pressed against a green plate. I had to go back later to try the second machine again. The equipment was also quite old compared to what I have seen at other clinics. 3. For the eye check, the machine was CLEARLY dirty and I had to ask her to clean it first. During Covid you would think they would take better care. I also found a hair on one of the beds that clearly was not mine. 4. The ear exam (which usually takes no more than a minute) lasted around 5 and the nurse (technician) left twice to perform a task for the doctor while I sat in a quiet box waiting. 5. They have their ear exam test in the doctors office where she goes over the medical check with other patients! I can see and hear everything the other patients hear! Extremely unprofessional. 6. Also it was mentioned there’s English support, but no one there seemed to speak English. My Japanese is fine so I didn’t have many issues, but there were times when I obviously did not understand something yet no one tried to speak to me in English. 7. Lastly, having to physically go back just for my results is pretty absurd. Even by Japan’s standard. They cannot email or mail you the results like other establishments. The one positive is that you get your health check results back in a week. Most other establishments take at least a month or more. If in a crazy rush then this place is a maybe...but I would not recommend this place at all.

  No way. I took my foreign husband to the hospital since they claimed to have an English speaking doctor. The doctor did speak English but not fluent to be able to understand the situation at all. We were charged 9000 yen for a urine test and 5 mins of ‘questionnaire’ which doesn’t seem to be fair. The worst part was that the doctor asked me “is it another woman who gave the infection?”. I was literally stunned to be asked such a rude question. We went to another hospital as we didn’t get a clear explanation what was going on and it was not STD. By the way, we waited almost 2 hours for this. Completely wasted time and money.

  Good clinic, English speaking doctors are available. Waiting time is not too bad if you get an appointment beforehand (it can be quite long if you turn up without one). Dental clinic is clean and well equipped but no English speaking dentist were available when I visited it.

  I went to this clinic because the site said the doctor could speak English but he seemed not to understand me so we ended up communicating more in Japanese. I was really disappointed with the service, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time with no apology and then was rushed out as quickly as possible. They seemed impatient when I tried to ask further questions and the diagnosis was very vague. I was prescribed medication with zero instruction on how to take it and no blood pressure check, which I later learned they absolutely should have done. The receptionist came to ask me about my symptoms in the waiting room in front of other patients. I don’t appreciate being questioned on personal health issues in front of strangers. Overall it was incredibly stressful.
