I visited on a Tuesday around 18:30. I entered the store smoothly and sat down at the counter. There were 3 other customers at the counter seats. There were also customers at the table, so The timing was good and I was alone so I was able to sit at the counter. It looks like everyone is ordering tempura. It seems like this restaurant is popular for its tempura based on word of mouth. The scent of sesame oil in the restaurant makes you want to order tempura. I don't usually order tempura. I ordered the two-colored bamboo steamer and young ayu tempura. I have been exporting buckwheat flour from Hokkaido for over 10 years. Even before I got involved, I was eating a lot of soba. My personal preference is the soba flavor. I like 100% ground soba noodles. Only shops you like and would like to introduce to your friends ⭐️ More than 4 I will only upload ⭐️4 and 5 on Instagram. I visited for the first time after a friend recommended it. (2024/5/16) The store has a stylish exterior and a calm atmosphere. I was seated at the counter and had some soba noodles. I arrived at the last minute on a weekday, so I was seated right away. I love tempura, so I chose a small course and enjoyed lots of freshly fried tempura and dessert. The conclusion was great! ! ! ! I was so impressed by how delicious the tempura was, one of the best I've ever eaten. We are also particular about the ingredients we choose for our tempura, so you can enjoy crispy, freshly fried tempura. The soba noodles are also chewy and satisfying. The owner and his wife were also very nice people, and we had a good time chatting with them after the meal. Although it was in the neighborhood, it had a hideaway atmosphere and I regret not knowing about it until now! I wanted to go sooner! This is a soba restaurant that I would like to recommend to everyone.

A very high-quality soba restaurant where you can feel the commitment to both tempura and soba. Ordered a luxury course. The taste was perfect. I thought it would be nice if the tempura course included a little more seasonal ingredients. (Seasonal tempura was on the a la carte menu.) The soba noodles were also flavorful and very satisfying. Overall, there weren't many types of alcohol, so it wasn't enough to enjoy soba noodles. Also, there were soba-mae dishes other than tempura, but I would be happy if they had a little more variety. It's far from any station, so I don't want to go out of my way to have a drink because the selection of alcohol is small. There may not be repeat customers as a drinking place. If I'm going to eat soba, I'll probably go there by car next time. Also, you can only pay by cash, so it would be nice if you could use a card.

We enjoyed our carefully selected soba and tempura! I recommend coarsely ground soba with a firm texture! ︎ It was on the recommended menu. The seaweed cheese soba was also a novel combination, but it was very delicious! It is located in a residential area of Unane and has a very tasteful exterior. I'll visit you again!! ︎

*We recommend making a reservation before going! * I was curious about this place based on word of mouth, so I called them before they opened and was able to make a reservation, so I decided to visit. The taste was just as the reviews said, it was really delicious and had a delicate taste. The customer service and atmosphere of the store were very polite and I was able to spend a happy time there. I'm glad I made a reservation because the restaurant was almost full as soon as the restaurant opened. Both the soba and tempura were very delicious, but the soba soup and dessert soba gaki were especially great.
