  It's usually empty and there's little waiting time. However, the postal counter has recently been staffed by someone who works very slowly, so it's taking three times as long as before. Every time I make some kind of mistake and have to start over, it takes up my time, so I might complain someday. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this person.

  The young male staff member was kind, courteous, and helpful. They clean the room every morning and greet each other in a refreshing manner, and I'm always impressed by how wonderful they are.

  I don't know if they want to take my money, but they don't tell me about cheaper shipping methods and only recommend more expensive shipping methods. When I looked into it later, I was disappointed, and that same person was at the counter today, and the service was the same as usual. They probably only care about making money for themselves rather than their customers, and I think they should be more aware that such behavior from just one person can make the whole thing look bad.

  Even on weekdays, it can be very crowded from mid-morning to mid-afternoon, but everyone is very calm and courteous, which I think is wonderful.

  The customer service from the staff was wonderful. When I was in trouble, they helped me.
