  Both the young woman at the counter and the older male staff had stiff expressions and no smiles at all. At Yamagata Minami Post Office, it was the complete opposite: they were kind and polite. I think it would be better for middle-aged male employees to undergo customer service training again. How do you feel about your work? I was really surprised.
