::[Taste Saitama's famous B-class gourmet "Yamada Udon"] ・We had the daily set (720 yen), miso ramen with plenty of vegetables (630 yen), and mini kakiage bowl (350 yen). ・The cost for two people was 1,700 yen (850 yen per person). ・I visited "Yamada Udon", which is said to be a famous B-class gourmet restaurant in Saitama Prefecture. This is Atago store. This place is quite far from Niiza Station, so it's difficult to visit unless you have a car or bus. ・Well, here's what I received. * Daily set (720 yen) - This is a weekday-only set with a rice bowl menu that changes every day from Monday to Friday. The rice bowl comes with udon or soba. You can also order ramen for an additional 100 yen. - Today, I received the Thursday-only set of ``Stir-fried Pork and Aya Vegetables with Spicy Curry.'' - The udon is served in a strong soy sauce soup unique to the Kanto region, and the noodles are a little more similar to Hakata udon. It's a very simple item. If you order it alone, it's as cheap as 280 yen. - ``Pork and Aya Vegetables Spicy Curry Stir-fried Bowl'' has a large amount of rice, so it will definitely fill your empty stomach. Still, the curry sauce makes the white rice lively, so you can enjoy it until the end without feeling like it's lacking in flavor. * Miso ramen with plenty of vegetables (630 yen) - It's more like Champon noodles than miso ramen.
