  Middle-aged women are unfriendly. I moved and didn't know my way around, so after finishing my errands at the post office, I was looking for directions in the parking lot when a guy came out and stared at me. I asked because the reviews were good, but isn't it only locals and people with whom I'm familiar with who provide good service?

  Director Noguchi-san, thank you for listening to my various complaints. I don't really like Shimotsuke Koganei, but I like this one.

  Parking is quite difficult, but the customer service is kind.
