  Even though there are 3 or 4 people at the counter, they only take care of one customer. No other customers. I handed out my reception slip and waited, but no one called out to me. I waited for a while, but no one seemed to be able to help me, and the customers in front of me didn't seem to be finished, so I came out. Isn't there at least one person who can't deal with other customers?
