Hon-Atsugi, which we visited this time, is one of such large-scale development areas. Approximately 50 minutes from Shinjuku by Romance Car. When you get off the station, you will see skyscraper apartments, commercial facilities, and offices. As it is the central station of Atsugi City, there are many people. When there are many people, there are jobs, interactions, and competition. If competition arises, both sides will be polished and the level will rise further. One of the most popular in Hon-Atsugi is Kunpu, who we visited this time. The location is in a prime location in front of the station. Located on the basement floor of a building, this shop is impressively large. Each table has a white lace-like threshold, giving it a slightly magical feel. The cuisine is mainly Japanese, but there are also many dishes that incorporate Western elements. And above all, there's plenty of alcohol. This time, we ate a lot of luxurious ingredients such as sashimi, abalone, chateaubriand, and matsutake mushrooms steamed in clay pots, but we also had a lot of wine. The special feature is that you can get it for an amount that is not much different from the market price. You can feel the restaurant's desire for customers to enjoy the food and drinks to their fullest. It's very convenient to have a restaurant where you can enjoy such high-quality food near the station, and you can also use it for entertaining, and I think it's a great place to bring your loved ones.

  The store's interior, atmosphere, and customer base seem to be high class. Honestly, the price doesn't match the taste! The number of stars might change if it was a little more reasonable, but if it's at that level for that price, there's no need to go! Those who find this place delicious must have happy palates! Even if I ever go nearby, I won't go here again! Appetizers include stir-fried Kyoto buki, Chinese-style jellyfish salad, and boiled firefly squid. The boiled firefly squid was extremely salty and the appetizer looked incredibly poor! The grilled beef tongue had a good taste, but it was poorly cooked and was so hard that I couldn't bite into it! The seasoning is yuzu pepper I expected the fried liver liver to be soft and creamy on the inside, but it was overcooked and was chewy. To be honest, I don't know if it was because it wasn't fresh enough or if the preparation was a bit delicate, but it did have a bit of a smell! If it's really delicious, it shouldn't have a smell! There was also regular grilled white liver, but the staff said they were using good quality ingredients, so I was disappointed! There are 5 types of seasonal tempura: Gyōja garlic, Kogomi, butterbur sprouts, cod sprouts, and urui! The finish looks like a fried part-time job! It's probably because I didn't prepare the fukinoto properly, but it was quite bitter! I think it's probably fried raw. I wonder if cod sprouts and Gyōja garlic are grown in greenhouses? There was almost no unique flavor of wild vegetables! The sashimi platter consists of 6 types: bluefin tuna, black tuna, firefly squid, sumika, grunt, and scallop. I ordered the scallops because I wanted to eat seafood other than those from Hokkaido, but I think the technique of boiling the scallops to tighten the meat is good, but I don't think they are fresh! Bluefin tuna was delicious as usual. To be honest, the other white fish were sloppy and not tasty. I also think they use wasabi rubbed with shark skin, but the wasabi isn't spicy at all, it just has a grassy smell! As expected, I asked for a replacement, but isn't it normal to eat and check before serving? I asked the staff about the sea urchin, and as expected, it was boxed sea urchin, so I told them first to remove it because I could never eat sea urchin soaked in alum! Even though it's a high-class restaurant, it seems like a lot of effort has been put into the food. Since I'm alone, I don't order any large portions of food.

We also have a variety of alcoholic beverages available, so just let us know what you like... All the food is delicious! I! ! I can't say it's for everyone as I have different tastes, but everyone I've taken to so far has had delicious food! No one was a loser because I said let's go again. If you're a big drinker, get a big beer glass! If you say that, it will get bigger and bigger ^_^
