  My child is hospitalized due to a disability. The teacher in charge of the psychiatry department had resigned and I had to change to a new teacher, and I asked the teacher if I could apply for special child status, even if it didn't work, but he said, ``It's absolutely impossible, absolutely! It won't work, so I have to apply.'' There's no point!'' I was told many times. I was reluctant to write a medical certificate for my application, so I contacted the city hall and welfare office several times to confirm that I could apply, and then conveyed this information to my teacher and had them write one for me. It took about 3 months of wasted time. In the end, I was told that it was absolutely 100% impossible, but I passed. However, when the time came to renew the special child status, I consulted her, and she said again that it was ``absolutely impossible.'' It's not that I'm going to pass or not, I just need a medical certificate for renewal, but I'm tired of the doctor's points being different, the same responses as last time, and the overly stubborn opinions. Even though I am going to see a psychiatrist, my mind is so bad that I feel like I am going to become depressed. Due to my circumstances, I won't be able to transfer to another hospital for a few more years, so it's painful for me to go to the hospital. It would take almost a year to change the teacher, but due to a staff shortage, it would not be possible to change the teacher on the desired day of the week. This is a doctor who claims to have completely cured the incurable ADHD. I cannot recommend it.

  The site didn't say that preschoolers were given priority, so when I contacted them, they told me they didn't accept elementary school students. I was looking for it desperately and checked the website before calling, but it was unpleasant. If so, please fill out the site from the beginning. I may be vague and decline your request. Rather, priority is given to preschoolers, so elementary school students are not accepted. Please write it properly. I just want my phone bill and time back.
