When I called to make a reservation at 6 p.m., a woman answered the call and immediately hung up on me without a word of apology and told me to call again after 8 p.m. or at noon. (I thought it would be easier to receive the call after business hours started, but...) It's great that you're giving your all to the customers who come, but if you just write that on your website, the store won't have to pick up the phone and decline your call, and the customer will have to take the trouble of calling again. As it happened, on New Year's Day, I made a reservation for take-out special sushi to celebrate my family's birthday. There was only one group of customers in front of us, and although there seemed to be enough manpower, no one came out even when we called out to them, so we went all the way to the back, and the elderly manager at the counter became aware of our presence due to the voice of the customer in front of us. I soon realize it. There was no New Year's greeting or even a "Welcome" greeting. After that, Mr. Itamae, the staff member who responded to the call? Two apprentices came out, but they also didn't say hello. I didn't want to feel bad early in the new year, so I said thank you out loud on the way home, but the general didn't respond. They only valued regular customers from the Showa era, and I felt very bad early in the new year. I could feel how they choose their customers. I usually live in Tokyo, but I go there every time I go home. In recent years, they have switched to a new system staffed by qualified sommeliers, so I was looking forward to tasting the wine. First of all, the customer service is the worst. Since the coronavirus situation seems to be calming down and face-to-face meetings are likely to return, I had thought that I would use it when I was entertaining a large company in Kariya, but I'm glad I realized the quality of the restaurant before I embarrassed myself. I was also thinking about making reservations for a large-scale memorial service, but in a way I was glad that I realized this before the unpleasant customer service made the guests feel the same way. I had been wondering about his attitude when I went to return the sushi bowl for some time, but I realized that it wasn't because he was busy, but because of the quality of the restaurant in the first place. One good thing is that The woman's customer service was heartfelt, and I felt the warmth of her heart as she sent me off, and the compassion that showed her personality in just a few words.

::This is a long-established store that has been around for 70 years. The inside of the store is calm, spacious, and very nice. There is also a wine sommelier, who specializes in seafood and wine.
