::I have been indebted to this clinic for three generations, including my parents and my children. I receive regular periodontal maintenance. During this time, I had my child's tooth treated for cavities. I was worried about whether I would be able to receive proper treatment because I am scared, but the doctor and hygienist talked to me a lot during the treatment and were kind to me, so I was able to do it without fear and felt at ease. My mother also has dentures treated, so I bring her there. The mother also feels more at ease because the treatment is completed in a short period of time, rather than having to undergo treatment over a long period of time. The number of visits is small and they ask about my plans when making reservations, so it's easy for me to bring them along. I looked at your homepage a while ago, and it said that as a family dentist, I will be there for you from your cradle to your grave, and even if you can't go to the hospital, you can come to my house for a house call, so you can always feel at ease. I think it's good. I look forward to working with you.

::I always go for maintenance. The hygienist who takes care of me is very kind and polite. The other hygienists are also very kind and the staff are all very nice.

::I went there in the past, but the reception was basically the worst, but was the treatment still good? However, I left the dental treatment that was said to be painful for two weeks, and in the end, there was no possibility of severe pain after the treatment, and there was no prescription for painkillers, so the pain was so severe that I could not move. I don't go anymore. After that, I went to a different dentist and was told that the fillings and crowns they had done there were too harsh. I will never go there again, but I hope others don't feel the same way.

::The dental hygienist changes every time. There is a difference in skill, so it's best to go with a veteran. Otherwise, it's for people who just want to join. After the test, they gave me a thorough explanation and gave me some advice, but this time, perhaps because they were busy, I just received a paper copy of my test results at the counter without any explanation. I don't know if it's because of coronavirus precautions, but even preschoolers are allowed to go inside by themselves, and during the coronavirus pandemic, when I asked for someone to accompany me, I got a really unpleasant look. However, if you are not accompanied, they will treat you on their own. I haven't written a single line saying that the treatment policy will be followed, so I think it's essential to check with the parents. I think it's time to transfer to another hospital because the dental hygienist's skills may have allowed her to miss cavities. I would like there to be no disparity in the level of staff for the sake of patients who will come to the hospital in the future.

::The receptionist's reception was extremely cold, but all the other staff members were polite and the atmosphere in the hospital was good, so overall I don't think the customer service was bad. However, in terms of prevention and treatment of cavities, which is more important than customer service, I couldn't trust the dentist as much as the dentist I had been to before, so I transferred.
