  I've been going here since before the move. The basic ramen, Shiromaru, Kuromaru, and creative summer/winter ramen are all very delicious. My personal recommendation is the miso ramen. In addition, the gyoza dough is chewy and has a strange sweetness that makes you addicted to it. I think it's a unique ramen shop. The new summer 2024 menu "chilled ramen" was also delicious with a deep flavor made from Japanese seafood soup stock.

At first I thought it would be alcohol based on the food ticket system, but I gave up because the owner was working alone and seemed busy, and more customers were coming in one after another... I changed my mind and chose Shiromaru Jomen (2 slices of char siu). If you watch the food from the arena seats, you will be impressed by the skillful work of the owner. It's fun just looking at it. On the table are various seasonings and a sweet and spicy garlic sauce labeled as a secret sauce. This strikes inside me again Perfect for changing the taste of ramen Apparently it goes well with gyoza, so I'll try it next time. While this is going on, the rice bowl is served. At this price, I would choose this without hesitation as it comes with two pieces of Sakuhoro's char siu and half a seasoned egg. Well, the soup is pork bone based salt. It looks like soy sauce, but the sauce is like salt. Is there white sesame seeds and burnt garlic? It has a flavor similar to melon oil. Flat noodles made with whole grain flour It's so rich that the wheat flavor bursts out when you bite into it. I never expected to pair this soup with these noodles. I was a little surprised, but I don't dislike this style. It's boiled to a firm consistency and is enjoyable to chew, so you won't get bored till the end. Oh no, it's delicious! After all, the char siu made by professionals who are familiar with meat is hard to beat. If I recall correctly, the owner must have been in the butcher business. So I couldn't leave out the char siew. I wanted people to try the top noodles and get to know the deliciousness of chashu.

  Visited on Saturday afternoon! (R5.8.12) This time, two of us ordered chilled soy milk tandan noodles! Kuromaru seems to be popular and has a tonkotsu base, garlic, black sesame seeds, and maru oil, making it addictive! Tandan noodles are a sweet soup! Both men are flat straight! Ordering is easy as there is a photo next to the ticket vending machine! You can get a service ticket on the way home! However, this store only has a counter, so I can't understand what the owner is saying under his breath, so I don't feel like I'm suitable for customer service! It's a shame because the ramen is delicious!
