  I got a car loan and it's scheduled to be paid off this month, so I came to the store to ask if I could get another loan to buy my next car, but when I thought I was directed to the counter in the back, I applied online. It was a bit of a stretch. I thought it was written on the website that you could make a provisional application at the store, and since it was a large loan, I wanted to consult verbally, but I was disappointed in the response. Even though I brought my annual income notification and told them I had it, they didn't take any action. Is it possible that I have to make a reservation to come to the store?
