::Please eat inside When I saw him taking a call home, he said, ``I'm busy right now, so even when I'm on the phone like this!'' with a rather sarcastic intonation, and on top of that was a piece of paper with a telephone manual written on it. I laughed when I pasted it. If you're that busy, you shouldn't leave. Even when people asked for takeout at the store, they loudly refused and said, "I can't do it!" The way they said that was disgusting. It's a restaurant that displays a take-out menu, but I wish I didn't have to take it home. The woman who mainly serves customers is nice, but the man who is the store owner is terrible. I think it would be better for the store if they didn't show up. Udon is very delicious. Tempura isn't delicious, it's not good. It's better to just eat Kamadashi, Zaru, or Udon noodles. Even if it's not the kind of customer service that was given to me, I get upset when someone shows me bad customer service.

::I received the ladies set cold. The udon is a miraculous noodle that is fluffy, chewy, smooth, and has just the right amount of firmness. The tempura in the tempura bowl is crispy and delicious, and the sauce is sweet and spicy. The kake udon I had before was not so good, so I think bukkake or kettle-fried udon is better. Although they weren't very friendly, the attentive and attentive customer service that didn't make them wait was nice, as it is typical of a udon restaurant.
S A S U R A
::This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy freshly made, chewy udon noodles. There are many table seats inside the store. In the summer, it's really easy to eat cold udon 🎵, so I chose the ``Ume Grated Udon (cold)'' for 900 yen. On top of the udon noodles, which are placed in a round rice bowl, are condiments such as green onion, wakame seaweed, bonito flakes, and tempura flakes, as well as a large pickled plum on a perilla leaf❗ Pour the dashi stock over it and mix thoroughly. The long, chewy and chewy noodles are irresistible. If you mix the umeboshi little by little, it will be refreshing and easy to eat 🎵 Finally, drink up the leftover soup stock and enjoy your meal ✨ Reservations are required, but it looks like you can also have a ``handmade soba experience'' (following the trend of Toyohira). (It seems like there is!) If you are interested, please give it a try❗❗

::The noodles are smooth and chewy and delicious! I thought the noodles would be thick, but they were just right! Even if you double the amount of noodles, they come out smooth! The soup of the mini tempura bowl in the set is also perfect! The rice was gone in seconds. I would also like to try kamaage!

::Compared to the chain Marugame Seimen, the udon noodles are softer and a little thinner, but they are easy to eat. It's very gentle and smooth on the tired stomach of summer. I thought the anbai was very good because the dipping sauce wasn't too thick and I didn't feel it had a weak taste. The Takikomi rice was a bit strong in flavor, but I thought it was perfect to have with the udon. I was very impressed by how carefully arranged and beautiful the food was. The inside of the restaurant seemed a little dark at first, but it was a nice atmosphere where you could have a relaxing meal. I would like to try something other than what I had this time, so I would like to visit this restaurant again if I have the chance.
