::This is a stand soba store located near Ikebukuro on the outbound platform of Kawagoe Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. There is a ticket machine next to the entrance, and the inside of the store is an L-shaped counter, so you can only eat while standing. Monju is a relatively new stand-up soba chain that was founded in 1995 and has about 12 stores in Tokyo and along the Tojo Line. The noodles are homemade and take a little time to boil, but they are chewy and chewy. The soup is bonito stock. It is a refreshing type with a nice scent. The tempura here is also delicious. I had the eggplant tempura, and it was very large and filling. It has a lot of batter and is crispy. Although it is not as good as an authentic soba restaurant, I think it is a famous stand soba restaurant.

::This time we have red ginger tempura soba with shrimp tempura topping and rice. It's definitely delicious. The inari and rice balls are handmade and big, so I want to try them next time. Last time I ordered grated soba with kakiage and rice. The soup stock is familiar and delicious, and the kakiage is so crispy that it's almost a waste to soak it in the soup. So, I immediately put it on top of the rice, scooped up some of the noodles, drizzled the soup over the kakiage, slurped up the soba noodles, and then stirred the rice into the kakiage bowl, and was very satisfied!
