  My favorite is Doublebe Bolero. I received a tiramisu-like tart! I try to remember the name but I just can't remember it😇 But I definitely remember that it was delicious lol Raw chocolate filling in a cacao dough tart. What's on top is mascarpone rare cheesecake. And a sponge with a little coffee flavor? It's really delicious! ! It's been a long time since I took a bite and thought, Wow, this is so delicious. It was definitely ranked somewhere in the top 3 of my personal ranking ✨ I want to share this excitement with everyone, so I keep recommending it to my family who live nearby 🤣 I wanna go once more~! ! Oh, I only wrote about the cake, but the atmosphere was relaxing.

  28 minutes walk from JR Moriyama Station. It is located about 10 minutes south by car from the Biwako Ohashi Bridge. A traditional French pastry shop using European ingredients and manufacturing methods, created by a chef who has been selected as one of the top 100 chocolatiers in the world. The exterior has an eye-catching orange roof tile reminiscent of a villa in the south of France, and there is a parking lot that can park more than 10 cars, and the side garden is planted with olive, mimosa, and plane trees. Lavender, rosemary, thyme and other herbs are also growing, giving a sense of spring, summer, fall and winter. The interior of the store is small, with a relaxing atmosphere featuring European pop music and oil paintings. Cakes and chocolates are lined up in the showcase, as well as colorful and beautiful fresh sweets, baked goods, wine, and more. There was also an eat-in space inside the store and on the terrace. I visited at 3pm on a weekday, and the variety of cakes was a little less. (Pick up at the cafe corner in the store) Hall's Noel was also on sale, but I found a shortcake size Noel so I bought that one. I like the rich flavor of the cakes here, probably because they all contain Western liquor.
