  When I called to make a reservation during business hours on weekdays, the number was not answered. I thought it was finally available and even when I told them I wanted to make a reservation, they spoke in a vague manner and I couldn't even make a reservation... I thought it might have been someone from home who answered the phone due to a sudden day off, but if that's the case, just say so, and I don't know if it was a staff member... Thank you for your help, but I don't think I'll go again. Very disappointing.
