Even if the doctor's absence is unavoidable, all surgeries will be outsourced, so the patient will be transferred by ambulance to another hospital (Public Soma, Minami Soma City, Miyagi Prefectural Minami Chuo Hospital (Ogawara), etc.), but the medical costs will be high. In this case, if you come back from surgery and need medical treatment, you will be hospitalized at two hospitals in the same month, so you will need to pay each hospital up to the maximum co-payment limit for high-cost medical expenses (in other words, you will have to pay twice as much for the amount you do not return to).
