::This hotel's location is great. About 7 minutes from Sasebo Navy Base main gate and near the bus and train stations. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant on the first floor and the lobby is nice and comfortable with a coffee machine. Paid parking lot next to the building and there's a parking tower. The rooms are comfortable but small. A card is needed in the room slot to keep the power on in the room. Prices are not bad but there's a few better options. Overall: This is a good hotel to stay at. Easy walk to the shopping mall on the other side of the train station.

::Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip to CFAS. Small rooms (by Western standards) but it's clean and centrally located. The breakfast buffet is solid for the price you pay. The staff is very professional as well. I'd stay again if I had to return to CFAS.

::Receptionist refused to print four pages of a document for me to work on whilst I waited to check in. Great first impression. They charge 1000 yen for on street parking with zero security. The hotel was full of Americans, presumedly attached to the Navy base. Short walk to local convenience store and bus station. The room smelt weird, and was tiny. The wifi kept dropping out. The AC hadnāt been turned on prior to arriving, meaning the room was hot. Nothing exceptional stood out. It did the job, but I wouldnāt stay there again.

::Convenient hotel less than five minutes from the train station and, more importantly, the bus center. Within easy walking distance of the Gobangai mall, and the big shopping arcade is a bit farther toward the center of town. So, plenty of dining options nearby. Having the bed and desk on opposite walls gave us more floor space than we're used to, but the bathroom was cramped. Tub and shower were fine but the toilet's position left little margin for error. Wifi was strong enough for streaming. Not being on the main street helps with noise, though we were high enough that it might not have mattered.

::This is a horrible place to stay in more ways than I have the time to describe, but here is an idea. Most of the rooms have been heavily smoked in, the technology is very dated, and the room is slightly bigger than a broom closet. The bed is not comfortable and you only get one very thin pillow. The stairway is full of stored supplies and has no railing so in the event one of these smokers burned the place down, you'd be hard-pressed to ever get out. I don't leave really negative reviews that often but seriously avoid this place.
