::I can only express my gratitude to Dr. Maruyama for never giving up and putting together a treatment in collaboration with a general hospital, even for complex clinical symptoms such as edema and electrolyte abnormalities related to congenital diseases. I am very grateful to Dr. Watanabe for his cooperation in examining me. Also, the staff are willing to help me with any concerns I have, and I am able to continue my treatment even though it is difficult.

::I went there several times because of candida and menstrual pain. A female doctor examined me for candida, and she said, ``Why do you have to get it so many times at such a young age? Lol.'' I feel like I should listen to you. My male teacher asked me to take an ultrasound scan due to menstrual pain. My ovaries were swollen, but I didn't have any tests done and was told that it was okay because it wasn't anything bad. Later, I had a blood test and MRI done at another clinic, and it was discovered that it was a chocolate cyst, and I am currently undergoing treatment. The teacher's personality was frank and nice, I wonder what it means to say it's okay without a detailed inspection.

::I had a complete gynecological checkup here. I was told that it was not possible to make a reservation for the first visit, so I went at the same time as the reception in the afternoon, but I waited for about an hour. Although the teacher was male, he was cheerful and easy to talk to, and he listened carefully to what I had to say. Since you came to the gynecologist's office for a complete medical checkup, is there anything you would like to ask me on this occasion? For some reason, I got excited talking about the morning drama (it seems like the topic of menstrual pain was just aired), and she kindly told me that if I had any concerns in the future, please see a doctor as soon as possible. . Everyone who answered the phone, the receptionist, and the nurses were very kind and made me feel comfortable. thank you very much. Due to the nature of reviews, it tends to be all about the bad things, but by sharing the good experiences, I hope to alleviate some of the anxiety of people who are going to see the doctor.

::I started hyperventilating with fear and anxiety at the response from the male teacher (Mr. Maruyama). The nurse who was in the room didn't stop her, she just nodded behind her back and didn't help her. The female teacher is very cheerful and listens to my concerns and questions while smiling. I was sometimes made fun of, but I put up with it so I could get the medicine. The male teacher was always cheerful and I trusted him, but last time it was different. Since the medicine was changed, I consulted about the difference from the previous medicine, but before I could give any advice, the doctor refused. "If you have a complaint, complain to the government." "Hospitals and pharmacies won't make money if they are close to patients." “If you have hope, try signing a petition and try to change society.” etc... It was very scary. I didn't complain to the doctor, I just asked if there were any other medicines since the price had tripled compared to the previous medicine. I wanted to tell him that I wasn't asking him to make the medicine cheaper, and that if there were no other medicines, the current medicine would be fine, but the doctor kept talking machine gun, and I started to cry. At first, I had to put up with the pain by digging my nails into my hands and biting my tongue, but I finally couldn't help it anymore and burst into tears. Even though the patient is crying, he doesn't think it's too much, so he doesn't change his face, doesn't listen to what the other person has to say, and continues to blame him. Gradually, my anxiety and fear caused me to panic, my body trembled, and I began to hyperventilate, and after a while, the teacher finally finished. Although I was feeling dizzy, I left the doctor's office and paid the bill. There was a nurse in the exam room with a plump and distinctive voice, but she just put her hands behind her back and nodded while listening to what the doctor was saying, but she didn't listen to me at all and didn't stop her from panicking. You didn't think it was abnormal, did you? This may sound like a lie and you may think I'm exaggerating, but it's all true. Even now, I have sudden flashbacks and my heart palpitates and I break out in a cold sweat, probably because of the trauma. This is very long, but thank you for reading. It was painful to remember and write about it, but I would be happy if even a little less people were hurt. I hope that many people will find this helpful.

::Thank you for your help during my two births. I decided to go to another obstetrics and gynecology department next time. This time, when paying the hospitalization fee, I made a mistake in the amount twice and I informed the office staff. "Thank you for pointing this out," he said sarcastically. Moreover, when I checked the price for the second time, I was surprised to see that consumables that I had not purchased while in the hospital had been added. I have other things to worry about as well. I hope this will be helpful to other people. ① Even if you make an online reservation, you will have to wait. (Waiting for payment is long) ② Even when I told my doctor about my concerns and worries during pregnancy and after giving birth, he didn't help me and just dismissed it as a "normal thing" or "so what?" in a business-like manner. Some of the midwives and nurses are kind, but they are business-like and indifferent. ③It may have been a busy time, but since I was a multiparous woman, I felt like I was left alone while I was in the hospital. There are other things I'm curious about, but I can't write them all down, so I'll excuse myself here.
