::As of March 2020, the inside of the store is a little dark due to power saving management. I often use Valor Original brand products because they are cheap. As closing time approaches, discount sales are held in the side dish corner and fresh fish corner, which is a nice touch. Also, even if the store is not close to closing, products near the expiration date are sold at discounted prices, so if you find a product that suits your purpose, you can get a good deal. Unlike the disposal corner, it depends on the expiry date, so I don't think it's spoiled or damaged, so I don't think there's any harm in buying it. Although it is not a large store, it is not inconvenient as a regular supermarket. Products other than original brands are cheaper than other stores and some are more expensive. Low-priced products at nearby drugstores attract more customers. The products lined up in the disposal corner are not very cheap, some are not very fresh, and there are almost no products that I would want to buy. Since it's a disposal, I think it should be cheaper. I think they should at least set prices that match the freshness. Also, if you are not careful, some items may rot or become moldy, so you should check them thoroughly before purchasing. Furthermore, since frozen foods are in open cases, they should be strictly prohibited from displaying them above the upper line, but I am concerned that they are stacking them above the upper line without any hesitation. When I bought some ice cream and went to eat it right away, I was surprised to find that it was melting even though it was winter. I think the product management is not very thorough. Also, I witnessed employees smoking cigarettes near the back entrance, which doesn't make me feel good. It may not be visible to customers, but it can be seen from the path of the store, so a smoking area should be built somewhere out of sight. If I think of a store that sells food while wearing cigarette-smelling clothes, I lose the desire to buy it. Almost all of the employees don't say hello. Including the store manager. For better or worse, it's still a regular supermarket. Also, the toilets are terrible, not clean enough, smelly, and you can't use the toilet seat disinfectant spray. Even if you point it out, nothing will improve, so you probably don't have the motivation to do so. I can't even post a reply from the store manager, so there's nothing I can do about it.

I've been working in the service industry for decades, so it would be nice if someone in a higher position could teach me. I think this will make the store even better.
