  Best hotel to visit KEK. There are enough restaurants in the neighborhood, also some shops to get some late night food. The breakfast in this hotel is a great mixture of Japanese and so called western style food. The service is very friendly and helpful, there are free shuttles from Tsukuba bus station, when you call or e-mail in advance. The hotel might need some refurbishment, but the bath area was really nice and regarding the rather low price, this is unbeatable.

  This is the best option for people working in KEK-PF and the dormitory is full. Its a 15 min bike ride away, and they also provide shuttle bus service to KEK everyday, in the morning and in the evening. You call them on the phone, request the bus, and they pick you up. As simple as that. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. The hallway smelled of cigarettes, but at least my non-smoking room didn't. I was here alone, but they only had a double room left, with 2 twin beds. So the room felt extra spacious. The staff were great. Spoke japanese and english, and were very accommodating. Breakfast was disappointing. Not so much options, and it wasn't remarkably delicious. Everything else was so good, so I was expecting a good breakfast as well. Also, aside from being close to KEK-PF, its pretty far from everything else.

  Decent place, nothing extra but very reasonable prices. Dusty room, a bit rundown. But can't really complaint because of the price.
