::Check in was easy. We booked online through a third party and checked in late at night. Someone was at the front desk waiting us and knew our name. The clerk was very patient with my foreigner’s Japanese and did ask to see passport at check in. There were only smoking rooms available for 3 people so it smelled bad. We had two twin beds that eventually we pushed together to sleep sideways on (small hack to get a king size bed for sharing). Checkout was easy and there were no disturbances during our stay.

::I have a big 28inch luggage with me and though it is walking distance from Urawa Station, it was still quite a walk especially after a 6 hour train ride from Ishikawa prefecture since 9am in the morning. Check in was considered smooth. I made a mistake and made a reservation twice for 1 night each separately. There was no issue to combine the booking and I didn't have to change a room after one night. Also, during reservation there was no option of including breakfast, but during check-in breakfast option was added with no extra charge. Counter staff was helpful as I arrived at 3pm, without taking lunch, I asked for a place for afternoon tea as I didn't want to eat a heavy meal. Staff was able to recommend one just within walking distance in Isetan near the Urawa station. Small room which is typical of tokyo hotels. Aircon was not adjustable except hi mid low. I did HI, but it was hot in the little roo.. Outside was a warm 28DegC. Night time I had to open the windows to cool the inside down. I couldn't sleep and had to request for a cooling fan which was based on first come first serve basis. Hotel is environmental friendly and only 3 nights and above will the bedsheets be changed and bed be made. The bathtub is clogged after first night. Trousers press available at the loft lobby for free use. But there was no iron I can borrow for my shirts. And I thought this is a popular business hotel.

::Had an awesome stay. The receptionist staffs were helpful and welcoming. The room I stayed in was comfortable with a bathtub and great views of outside. It's near some convenience store and restaurants. It's proximity with Urawa station made it easy to go anywhere.

::The impression is that the facilities, services, and amenities are below the standard of an average business hotel. The fare is cheaper around Urawa Station.

::Clean and comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. Walking distance to the train station and the many shopping Malls around the area. Nearby is a 7-eleven convenient store. Hotel breakfast is delicious with a wide spread of Japanese food. Not much international selection. I don’t like that people can smoke indoors at the lobby area on level 3. Staff are not very proficient in English, only very basic English. But generally the staff are friendly and approachable.
