  We regularly have an elderly female customer walking around with a very strong and unpleasant ammonia odor. It was so bad that you could tell who was emitting it and where it was coming from. Since it seemed like my usual store visit time was overlapping, I had no choice but to go to another store. I'm there in the morning. I don't think the store can do anything about it since it's about the customers.

  Late shift? A short, chubby old lady clerk (employee?) doesn't say hello to me, and even when she does say hello to me, she wonders where you're facing and who you're greeting, and what's more, she looks the other way and asks for chopsticks even though she's abandoning her job. When I called out to him, he automatically got scared and took a step back. Store manager, please don't send me to a store where you are not suitable for customer service, it will be unpleasant. Why don't you just work from home?

  It's a slightly smaller store, and the selection is poor compared to places like Nanruiya. I think it can't be helped because it depends on the size of the store, but I'm a little disappointed. I get the impression that store staff don't really talk to each other, although some people do. When I went shopping in the morning, I found racks used for work scattered around the fish department, blocking the aisles. It's simply a hindrance. For better or worse, I feel that most of the store staff are friendly. The other day, I asked a relatively young female clerk, who was probably stocking the products, a question about confectionery, and she kindly answered my questions. I don't know if that person just happened to have the knowledge or if the knowledge is shared throughout the store, but I appreciate your help in that regard. I will continue to use them in the future.

  This is an average sized Universe. Decent selection but not the best selection for water. There's a hair salon attached that offers very cheap hair cuts for 700 yen during weekdays (as of 08-25-2021) and 3000 yen cut, shampoo and color for females. Not as many cut fruit choices as the other universe locations. Convenient location. Bakery is also here
