::My first experience of cooking eel that stays piping hot until the end. Steamed in a bamboo steamer. If anything, I've always felt that steamed eel was unsatisfying, but this steamer steamed eel is satisfying. The Japanese pepper is also ground in a mill, making it fresh and vibrant. The price is a good deal considering the current situation.

::Apparently it has a history of being the first in Fukui to serve steamed eel. It was also my first time to try steamed eel instead of grilling it. Not only the sauce but also the aroma of the eel transferred to the rice, making it really delicious when eaten all at once. The rice bran pickles were delicious, and the liver soup was also good. The sansho pepper served at the table wasn't too spicy either. Personally, I found the whole thing to be very salty and wanted something to take a break from it. Maybe it was beer

::I visited at 11 o'clock on a weekday. The store also has a parking lot. The inside of the store is very nice and relaxing. I had a medium steamed set meal for 3,520 yen and a hitsumabushi set meal for 3,850 yen. The medium-steamed set meal is hot and fluffy. It's satisfying enough to eat. You can enjoy the hitsumabushi set meal with various arrangements of fragrant eel. Both are delicious. You can get your own coffee after your meal. The atmosphere is also great. I want to go again if I go to Fukui!

::◎2022/7/23 (Sat) Doyo no Ushi Day Two years ago it was a weekday, but I came to the store on the day of the Ox Day (LOL) The hot towels had been replaced with fluffy towels in a bag. The menu is only available around the days of the Ox Day, and you can only choose between steamed, donburi, or hitsumabushi. 3 pieces of bone crackers for 200 yen. I don't have this either (;∀;) The sound of "komushi" was pleasant, so I ordered a small bowl of steamed eel (#^.^#) The cat in the black polo shirt with the eel tail is so cute. I really want to sell this polo shirt! I wonder if eel tastes like this. Maybe it's because I've been eating a lot of eel lately, but I'm not impressed! It's not bad, but something is missing. I received a fan from Unanobu. It has an impact. ◎2020/7/21(Tue) Dinner This is my first time coming to the store on the day of the ox. I didn't have the usual Shokado (ladies') menu, but instead it was the ox daily menu. I ordered hitsumabushi and seiromushi. For the price of my seat, instead of the bone crackers I was looking forward to, I was served sweet boiled liver. Plus 220 yen. Hitsumabushi was delicious \(^^)/ Meal cost for two people without drinking beer: 7,810 yen When I asked for a refill of tea from the teapot, the reply was that the water wasn't boiling! Σ(×_×;)! Decorated with withered hydrangeas! Σ(×_×;)! The eel liver was sweetly boiled, but should I eat it with my hands? Gave me chopsticks. What really made me happy was the terry cloth towel\(^^)/It was so hot that I was happy\(^^)/ Water is self-service. There were so many people passing by the counter where we were sitting, there was no social distancing! On the contrary, you are getting too close! ! You're crazy ((((;゜Д゜)))((((;゜Д゜)))((((;゜Д゜))) ◎This is from the previous post. A long-established eel restaurant that I visit once or twice a year. But something had changed in the store. I was asked to sit at the counter, but there was a tray with a teacup on it (-_-;) Are you sure you can sit here? I felt anxious. Then Mr. Nenwaita appeared and took it with him. It's dinner time for the board-san's break (>_
