I consulted with the doctor about the difficulty of going to the clinic on weekdays due to work. However, they refused to accept my request, saying, ``Saturdays are full of orthodontic patients, so reservations are not possible.'' Out of disbelief, I asked him to write me a letter of introduction as I would like to transfer to another hospital, but he suddenly changed his response and told me that I could now make a reservation on Saturday from now on. I will never go there again.
