::I ordered the seasonal Sudachi Udon Large Tome Udon. I ordered local asparagus and large shrimp tempura for toppings, and beef tendon for oden. Sudachi udon is cold and chewy, but it goes well when served with a soup stock that has just the right amount of sardines. This is because the flavor of the makanai udon came from the ingredients, making it difficult to discern the original taste, but it was also delicious. At first I was looking for a udon restaurant near the Shikoku Aquarium, but there were long lines everywhere. I saw this when Interchange was on sale, so I tried it, and I was very satisfied with the results.

::Udon noodle restaurant in Kagawa prefecture. Cheap and delicious. You can pick up topping yourself. Cost must be les than 1000JPY, average 500JPY. Hot and cold Udon is available. You can enjoy western Japanese style Udon.

::Not the most fancy place with the atmosphere of being a place where people go during lunch break at work. But that also meant fast service and incredibly cheap yet delicious food. Especially recommended if you're just passing by and need to eat quickly, but definitely also a place to try if you have more time on hand.
