::Although it was a while ago, The first time I was taken there was because I was told that the soba here was delicious. However, the monkey soba was supposed to be delicious. Surprisingly, it solidified and lifted up in the shape of a food sample! ? In other words, the product was provided as is after it was completed. I didn't want to make the face of the person who guided me through it, so I ate it as is, but there's no way it would be delicious! The shopkeeper also goes to great lengths to bring in customers, but I wonder if that's not going to happen. The atmosphere of the store is not bad, and it is unusual that there is a suikinkutsu inside the store. That's all good.

::I'm eating curry udon while walking. Curry udon with a strong soup stock tends to have a sour aftertaste, but this one was soft. The thickness was good, and the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness, and went well with the curry. The price wasn't that high either. The meat for curry udon is chicken breast.

::I like Edo Hajime. I often disturb my family when they get together. Both udon and fried chicken are delicious. Lunch is also good value for money. I'll bother you again. PS: Both the katsudon and miso stew udon were delicious (/ω＼*)

::This is a shop that mainly serves udon and soba, located one street west of the glasses store after walking south on Sports Park Street on the west side of Iwata Sports Park in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. I don't know how long it has been, but the inside and outside of the building is still clean. The floor looks quite spacious. It was a little early for lunch, so it was empty. There are many tables and there is plenty of space between the tables so you don't feel cramped. The order was verbal, and what I ordered this time was Tenmori Gozen? is. I felt that the udon bowl was a little large and had a lot of quantity. It made me want another side dish to go with rice. There are several parking spaces in front of the store. Bicycle parking is available next to the entrance (motorcycles are difficult to park).

::It was my first time using it. I ordered soba noodles instead of katsuju kake soba noodles. The taste of soba and katsuju is strong. The unusual soba was yuzu. The dipping sauce here was also quite strong. Personally, I prefer a lighter flavor.
