::Nice ramen with great soup. Their soup tastes a little bit lighter, not so salty as others, but very smooth and delicious. The texture of noodles can choose soft, normal, or hard. Their ramen has four taste ways, the first way is to add a specific sauce for ramen, the second way is to add their spicy vegetable, the third way is to add ginger, and the last way is to add a mashed garlic. I prefect the second and third way personally, while ginger tastes a little bit sour. Having ginger just right after the spicy vegetable is the best.

::One of the most famous ramen restaurant in the world originated from Hakata, Kyushu area. This place serves wonderful tonkotsu ramen. The soup is really thick, rich and delicious. For the ramen lovers, this place is one of my recommendation. I guess this place is not of one of their few branches in tokyo.

::I am an absolutely big fan of Japanese ramen. 博多一幸舍 is one of my favorite dishes back in my home town. It is a pleasure for visiting Tokyo to have really local Japanese style ramen noodles. It didn't let me down, and I would seek a chance back again.
