::NO HOT WATER. What a joke coffee shop. Was with my family, going to order drinks and sandwiches, but my baby twins were hungry, so I went to ask for hot water for their ready to eat meal first. Cashier/barista says no hot water. I said can I buy hot water? No. Can I buy Americano no espresso? No.

::Quick coffee and cheesecake stop mid shopping and the outlet mall. Ordered the cake set. Cafe was quiet and service was super quick. Good standard as always from Tully’s :)

::This café was ok, it has reasonable price and the coffee menu was okay too. I did not like the ambience though - the place was too small and the lighting was poor. Also, there were no electrical outlets. I tried the matcha latte and did not like it, I preferred the matcha latte from Family Mart over this. Nevertheless, the staff was nice and they speak moderate english and they were very polite and accomodating. They also have complete condiments like the sugar, milk, etc... They have a very sanitary place despite the size.
