  Located just right outside the northern exit from Morioka Station. There are but much seats downstairs but there are lots of seats at the second floor. It is quiet at the second floor, they open at 0700 but the washrooms are not available, so you will need to use the one at the hotel.

  Open from 7am. The nearest parking lot is Fezan Parking Lot. There are height and width restrictions. If you cannot enter, you can make a U-turn at the entrance. To receive the parking discount, you must spend 2,000 yen or more. Applicable starting price is 1000 yen depending on the type of JRE card. Please note that if you use the service first thing in the morning, you will not receive the discount (applicable time is from 8am onwards). If you arrive before 8am, it's 100 yen for 20 minutes. You can go in and out of Tully's for just 100 yen for takeout, but by the time you eat and come out, about 30 minutes have passed. (200 yen) After all, parking fees are a bottleneck at stations. If I'm thinking of having breakfast while waiting for the morning train, and I want a bread-based meal with coffee, I'll go to TULLY'S COFFEE here, Viede France next door, or PRONTO in the basement. Only Tully's here has seats on the second floor, but you cannot exit from the second floor seats to the station side until 9:00 a.m. when Fezan opens. External entry and exit is only available from the first floor. All smoking areas have been removed and all rooms are non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. The second floor seats are for two people or for one person, so you can use them depending on your needs. It was written on a sign on the table that seats could be occupied for up to 2 hours. There are some places with great views, so you might want to wait until 9 o'clock when Fezan opens before shopping.

  Love Tully's. It's a good place to meet people or hang out before catching a night bus too.
