::The pancakes were not great — I think they are premade and reheated as they were a bit tough and not fluffy like fresh pancakes. The English muffin could've had more filling, but was hot and tasted nice. The French toast doesn't come with syrup but has a custard filling instead.

::Great coffee shop with a great view of Hakodate Harbor! Love their sandwiches! Very good. Cozy place with friendly staffs.

::A small live saver, as there's not much open in the train station before 11. You get a good breakfast as well as a good coffee and some sweets. The staff speaks decent English, the Macha latte is tasty and the cakes not too sweet. Recommend getting a table at the counter, so you can actually enjoy your coffee and cake while watching the people buzzling outside, as you have a great view on the Hakodate morning market.

::Easy to order, pickup with a beeper, breakfast sandwich was fresh and yummy, coffee was great. Nice comfy seating. I enjoyed watching people park cars in the narrow parking lot across the street while I sipped my latte.
