  The parking lot staff (Mr. Satomi) are very polite. There is an in-hospital convenience store (Yamasaki Y Shop), but the opening hours are not listed on the website, so I investigated locally. Weekdays 8:30-18:00 Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 10:00-16:00. (As of March 2024) There are pros and cons, but I feel safe at this hospital. They are good at drawing blood 💉 and most of them are very polite ^_^ If you are returning for a re-examination more than 3 months have passed since your last visit, you will need to go to the counter first as your insurance card will need to be verified. Also, since this is a large hospital, please be aware that if you do not have a referral letter or if it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, you will be charged an additional 7,700 yen "selected medical fee" ⚠️. *It seems that there are some people who are exempt, but I recommend visiting the clinic in town first😊

  As mentioned elsewhere, the waiting time is really long, even though I had an appointment. After waiting for ages, the meeting with the doctor ended in less than 1 minute...seemed like he didn't really want to talk to me or take my questions.

  When I went there was no translator. But the staff was super kind and helpful. If you need to do a general check up or don’t really know what you’re feeling, Tsurumi is a good place to start. *they take cash and credit cards!

  This place is the best place ! As a foreigner i have been to some other hospitals and got not so satisfiable service! But, here the got used to foreigners and are hospitable enough! Better than any other big hospitals!
