::I've been going there for a few years now, but the teachers are unreliable. He mumbles so much that it's hard to understand what he's saying, and what's more, he doesn't ask important questions. Most of the work is left to the assistant. I understand that you are busy, but I would like you to explain it to me in a way that I can understand. What's more, I'm always confused when someone tells me that they don't remember what I said, or that I didn't tell them. Since I am paying a high amount of money, I would like to see a more firm response.

::I go here for orthodontics because it's close to my house and because of the doctor's background, but they don't have any case photos and I've never heard of any. I don't know what kind of alignment my teeth will have in the future, and I always feel anxious every time. I'm only worried about how my teeth will look, so until the treatment is complete, I'll give it a 2 star rating for now. Most of the time, the hygienist replaces my hair, so to be honest, I wish I had more time to talk to her and listen to what I'm worried about. When I got the wire replaced and it came off an hour after I got home, they didn't make up for it because they were fully booked for that day, so I ended up going back a week later. I was also dissatisfied with the fact that they didn't respond immediately. Also, when the rubber broke (after wearing it for a week), I called and the receptionist answered. I was told that I could leave it as it is until my next visit, but when I checked with the doctor later, I was told that the effect would wear off after a week, so what the receptionist and the doctor were saying were different. I was quite surprised. The person at the reception was a pain and I would like the teacher to confirm whether the decision was made on their own. Then there is more and more distrust. I still have some thoughts, but I'll stop here and hope that things will improve in the future.
