  I often bring in Mercari and regular mail, and I'm impressed by how kindly they are, without making an unpleasant face, even when they're at the last minute of business hours. Although it is a small station, the parking lot is spacious and easy to use.

  The woman at the counter was very rude. This was my first time using a mailing service, so I wanted an explanation, but there was no explanation, and I was told that it was within the size regulations. and. For some reason, I was given a tool to check to see if the thickness was appropriate, and I measured it. . . . I didn't know how to attach the cover letter or in what direction, but all I had to do was give instructions from above. . . . I don't want to give even one star. It's still a mystery as to why that person is working at the counter. Anyway, I was surprised at the poor response from that person.
