::I made a cleaning appointment the other day. As soon as I entered the examination room, a man who appeared to be the director came and said, ``We will examine you first, and after all treatments are completed, we will respond to your request.Then we will start with X-rays.'' He continued with tests and treatments that I had not requested. It was about to start, so I told her that all I needed to do was clean it again. Then she said, ``We require all patients to have X-rays taken.If you don't like that, you can't have it.'' If so, shouldn't I have explained this when I made the reservation over the phone? That's not something you can say after you come! Also, if you want to get tested, you should at least check inside your mouth once and explain the necessity of the test, right? Don't try to do something the patient doesn't want! I'm the one paying for tests that I don't know if they're necessary or not! ?

::Parking lot is small. I guess the glass door that you take off your shoes on isn't set up well...it's hard to close, and there's something like a shelf to sterilize your shoes...but honestly, I think they should improve it since it hits the glass door. The inside is pretty clean, but...honestly, it's hard to tell that it's a medical room.
