::First visit will be on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 11:50 am. The restaurant has a mountain hut style interior with 4 seats at the counter, 1 table for 2 people, and 2 tables for 5 people, with cedar paneling on the walls. There were 7 customers in front of me and 5 customers in the back, and the restaurant was run by two couples. I ordered Kamodashi Tsuke Soba for 980 yen + 220 yen for a large serving. The soba noodles are Sarashina-style, with a dipping sauce of cabbage, Chinese cabbage, mizuna, one meatball, and two sheets of seaweed. As a soba restaurant, I think it's interesting because they offer things like soba pizza, but personally, the dipping soba noodles were just delicious. It also came with soba-yu, which was cloudy and thick. It takes up to two people to boil the soba, so it took a while for the soba to be served.

::Visited for a late lunch. The store was clean and stylish, and there was a baby chair, which was very helpful. The mixed pizza made with soba dough is recommended. I had the mushroom bonito tsuke soba. The mushroom dipping sauce had a strong flavor and was delicious to me. I don't get to visit it often because it's far from my home, but it's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

::I came here because someone recommended it. The staff at the store responded very well and gave me a good impression. Customers kept coming. The main soba noodles were delicious, but my family didn't feel like we would definitely come back. It's definitely delicious and the atmosphere is nice, but I think I'd go there if the restaurant was nearby. If you are nearby, I think you should try it once.

::Soba noodles with duck The lunch set also came with a mini flavored egg bowl. The soba noodles had the firmness I liked. I was surprised to find that the soba-yu was very muddy. The Ajitama-don also has fried eggs on top, making for an interesting change in texture. It was voluminous and very good. Both the soba noodles and the ajitama bowl were delicious.
