Why do you have to go to the trouble of filling out the medical questionnaire twice, once in your hand and once on the web? Also, what kind of symptoms did you have when you came here with a referral letter? They ask me things like Tonchin Han... Also, the explanation of the flow to the doctor's appointment is sloppy. Went there at 8am and finished at 1pm! The first visit to any hospital takes a long time, but this one is unusual.

I'm very shocked that Dr. K, who was in charge of respiratory internal medicine, is no longer there❗It was nice because it was close to my house...🥹💦The nurses on the 4th floor of the west building, the cleaners, the people who wiped me down, everyone was so friendly and nice❗ ❗Honma took good care of me😷👍✨Now I am a member of the Japanese Red Cross. Honma is nothing compared to Tsukazaki Hospital💨💨I want to go back to Tsukazaki Hospital😷💦💦

Thank you for your help on the 4th floor of the West Building. When the family members of all the caregivers asked for assistance, they were told, ``That's not even possible,'' and when they asked to eat in a wheelchair because it was difficult for them to swallow in bed, they muttered, ``That's a pain,'' and the nurse who came to help them up said, `` "It's so hard! Poor night shift! When did you go to the hospital? Yesterday?" he said right in front of me. He may indeed be a troublesome patient. I understand that you are busy. But is it necessary to say this in front of me? I regret putting her in the hospital. Not only do I doubt the medical staff, but I also doubt their humanity. Are the staff at Tsukazaki Hospital so incompetent that they have to say things like this in front of patients? If so, you should review your work system. It's a shame because the outpatient doctor treated me very well.

My daughter has been receiving care from an ophthalmologist for the past 7 years. Currently, I have a regular checkup once a year. The parking lot was quite crowded even at 8am. When I went there for the first time in a year, I found that the inside of the hospital had changed somewhat and I got lost. Re-examinations are now accepted using a machine exclusively used for ophthalmology. Please note that this department is separate from other medical departments. I didn't know what to expect at first, so I waited in another department, but I started to feel anxious and asked the staff, who kindly directed me to the re-examination reception area for ophthalmology. There are up to 17 ophthalmology clinics. I think the waiting area is quite spacious. Each seat had a vinyl partition. It seems like it wasn't there last year... Since last year, the door to the examination room has been designed so that it cannot be opened by hand. The door to the toilet was the same so I felt safe. I think both the staff and the doctor are very good, but even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for over an hour to get a thorough examination and then see the doctor. It takes about 3 hours each time.

I stayed more than 2 weeks with a leg fracture. My experience has been excellent. Able to have good vegetarian food. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I felt at home. Thank you.
